Base Wars is a classic Roblox military FPS that has been running since 2009. Recommended learning order

1. Learn movement and aim on Controls so you can fight without looking at the keyboard.
2. Finish Getting Started and survive a few full Skirmish timers.
3. Farm smart with Battle Score—captures and assists beat mindless spawn peeks.
4. If you are chasing the anniversary quest, clear Hunt Badge with a Battle Tank push or two clean losses.
5. Level up decision-making with How to Win, then refine loadouts via the Tier List hubs.

Modes and maps at a glance

Most public servers run two teams (green and yellow) capturing facilities and contesting CTF at HQ. On Peak, a third blue team joins and rotations get wider. The Land and other classic layouts reward players who learn vehicle spawns, ammo pads, and flag routes early. Use Maps when you need a refresher between deaths.

Vehicles matter as much as infantry: tanks for breakthroughs, jets such as Vortex, Shadow, and Tracker for air denial, plus helicopters, ships, submarines, and the heavy MAC Tank when the map supports them. The how-to-win and vehicle tier pages explain when to board and when to bail.
